Delivery Method
Our store sells digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.
All purchases are delivered electronically.
Delivery Time

•     an email with your download access.
In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 5–10 minutes depending on your email provider.
Download Access
You can download your purchased files directly from:
•     the order confirmation page, or
•     the confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Failed or Missing Downloads
If you experience any issues with downloading your product, contact us at [your email] and we will resend your files manually at no extra cost.
Shipping Fees
Since all products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply.
Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your order and resend your download link.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
However, if you have trouble accessing your files, we will ensure you receive your purchase.
